Brekky for ya Belly.

Good Morning Green Smoothie!

  • Big bunch of spinach/kale
  • 1 apple
  • 2 kiwi's
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups of water

Blend all together and drink up for your morning buzzzz. Add rice/almond/soy milk to make it thick. Add ginger for some zing, add a tablespoon of coconut oil for some fat, add some love to start your day right ;)


Raw Morning Mush.

  • 1 or 2 apples, grated
  • 1 banana - I like it mashed but you can just chop it up
  • 5 medjool dates
  • pinch of cinnamon
Put all together in a bowel and enjoy your sweet sweet morning mussshhh....



Date Me.

  • 20-30 Medjool dates - pips taken out
  • 2 cups of water
Blend all together in a high speed blender. Then chug down your silky, caramel nectar of the gods...
